It is therefore important to consider the veracity of the facts observed and the statements made.
As soon as these elements are met, your report will be collected and processed under conditions that guarantee confidentiality and the legitimate rights of our employees.
The confidentiality of the person making the report and of the persons involved will be preserved.
As part of the processing of alerts, Colas and its entities may collect and process personal data concerning the whistleblower (unless anonymity is chosen), the persons targeted and other persons involved (e.g. the facilitator).
